About the Role:
As the face of Profielnorm USA, the Regional Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our customer base, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and assisting with sales quotations.
The successful candidate will join our Sales Team and will report directly to the National Director of Commercial Operations.
In this role, a strong sense of integrity, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive attitude are considered essential.
The territory that this person will be responsible for is the central band of states in the United States, spanning from Colorado on the west to Illinois on the east, from top to bottom of the US. The primary targeted customer base is material handling distribution companies.
Summary of tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with current customers
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers
- Identify and track market trends
- Analyze customer data to determine opportunities for growth
- Proactively follow up on leads and report on lead status to Management
- Assist Managers in written and verbal communication with customers
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
- Utilize product knowledge to guide customers to suitable solutions
- Assist with sales quotations
- Travel to current and prospective customers as needed
- Attend relevant trade shows
