About the Role:
As the face of Profielnorm USA, the Regional Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our customer base, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and assisting with sales quotations.
The successful candidate will join our Sales Team and will report directly to the National Director of Commercial Operations.
In this role, a strong sense of integrity, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive attitude are considered essential.
The territory that this person will be responsible for is the southern and southeastern states in the United States, spanning from Louisiana on the west to Florida on the east, bounded by Tennessee and Virginia on the north. The primary targeted customer base is material handling distribution companies.
Summary of tasks and responsibilities:
Develop strong, long-term relationships with current customers
Identify, pursue, and secure new customers
Identify and track market trends
Analyze customer data to determine opportunities for growth
Proactively follow up on leads and report on lead status to Management
Assist Managers in written and verbal communication with customers
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
Utilize product knowledge to guide customers to suitable solutions
Assist with sales quotations
Travel to current and prospective customers as needed
Attend relevant trade shows
The successful candidate will have integrity, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.

Requirements:
College degree preferred
At a minimum 3 years of sales experience required in a technical field
Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, and self-discipline
Ability to focus and multi task in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel
