At Profielnorm, we specialize in creating custom mezzanine solutions, and the production phase is a crucial part of the entire process. Our state-of-the-art production facilities are equipped with advanced rolling mills that produce C+ and S+ profiles, the foundation for the load-bearing capacity of our mezzanines. We take pride in our modern, fully equipped factories where we manufacture and assemble every element of the mezzanine, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards.
The heart of our production lies in the roll forming machines, which shape and punch C+, Sigma+, and I+ profiles with precision. We also use automatic sawing machines, welding robots, and an automatic drilling line to fabricate essential components like columns, stairs, and railings. Recently, we've introduced powder coating into our process, enhancing the finish and durability of the materials—more on this in the next step.
Thanks to our advanced SMART production technology, Profielnorm is able to guarantee that all our products meet the CE quality mark. This certification ensures that our manufacturing process aligns with the NEN-EN 1090 standard, the European benchmark for load-bearing steel structures. In the end, all parts are delivered to the construction site as a comprehensive 'building kit,' ready for seamless assembly.

Powder coating
Powder coating is the next step in our internal process. Our own fully automatic powder coating line provides a high-quality finish. The parts are successively blasted, coated, and dried in an electrically driven oven. Thanks to this powder coating line, Profielnorm also has control over the coating process.
